1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after advance payment. The remaining amount, if any, must be cleared before or upon arrival at the campsite.

2. Cancellation by Guest

If you need to cancel your booking:

• Cancellation made 7 or more days before arrival – 50% refund of advance amount.
• Cancellation within 7 days of arrival – no refund applicable.
• No-show / failure to check-in – no refund applicable.

3. Cancellation / Rescheduling by GoTrek

In rare cases such as weather conditions, road closures, safety risks, or operational issues, GoTrek may reschedule, shift location, or cancel activities. Guests will be offered:

• An alternate date, or
• Change of camping spot, or
• Partial refund based on services utilized.

4. Mid-Trip Withdrawal

If a participant decides to leave early or discontinue the trip due to personal reasons, no refund will be issued for unused services.

5. Activity / Itinerary Changes

Weather, safety conditions, or authorities may require route or schedule adjustments. Alternate plans will be made but refunds are not guaranteed for such unavoidable changes.

6. Payment Gateway Charges

Any transaction fee deducted by banks or payment gateways is non-refundable.

7. Refund Process

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–15 working days via bank transfer or original payment mode.
