Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment. Remaining dues must be settled before or upon arrival. Rates may vary based on season, availability, and package type.

2. Participation Responsibility

Camping and trekking involve outdoor risks. Guests participate voluntarily and are responsible for their own safety and belongings. Following guide instructions is mandatory.

3. Health & Fitness

Guests must be reasonably fit to undertake trekking activities. Medical conditions and allergies should be disclosed before booking.

4. Behaviour & Conduct

Guests must respect campsite rules, culture, and environment. Any offensive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour may result in cancellation without refunded payments.

5. Property Damage

Any loss or damage to tents, equipment, or campsite property due to negligence must be compensated by the guest.

Schedules may change due to weather, road closures, or authority restrictions. GoTrek may modify routes or activities to ensure safety. No refunds for unavoidable adjustments.

7. Photography & Media Use

Photos or videos captured during tours may be used for promotional or digital content. Guests may request not to be featured by informing staff at check-in.

8. Liability

GoTrek is not liable for loss of property, injury, accident, or delays arising due to weather, terrain, personal negligence, or third-party services.

9. Refund Policy Reference

Refunds and cancellations are handled strictly as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Acceptance of Terms

11. Aadhaar Based eKYC Requirement
